Britain’s Favourite View

Wastwater has just been voted Britain’s Favourite View in the ITV television programme of the same name. I walked over Wrynose and Hardknott Passes at the weekend to remind myself of the fantastic scenery. The view truly is majestic with the steep sided screes running down to Wastwater, England’s deepest lake and the classic view looking up to England’s highest mountain Scafell Pike…. Breathtaking.
